1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Jili Pub platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, downloadable application, games, wallet, and all associated services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Jili Pub platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Jili Pub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Jili Pub, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Jili Pub platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Jili Pub reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the platform. Providing false information in connection with your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the Jili Pub platform, including placing bets and making withdrawals, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account on Jili Pub. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.
• Account Verification (KYC): Jili Pub may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: Jili Pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

You must notify Jili Pub immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14 if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Jili Pub platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱50 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• Supported Payment Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Jili Pub may add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to Jili Pub's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Transaction Fees: Jili Pub does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which Jili Pub accepts no responsibility.
• Failed Transactions: Jili Pub is not liable for delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the Jili Pub platform — including Mega Fishing, Star Fishing, Ocean Lord, Bingo Fishing, Fortune Bingo, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In addition, the following general rules apply:

• Random Number Generation: All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG system used by Jili Pub is independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average return to players and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Actual results will vary.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, Jili Pub reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the corresponding bet amounts. Jili Pub's decision in such matters is final.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. Jili Pub reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Game Availability: Jili Pub does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed from the platform at Jili Pub's discretion.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Jili Pub may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — is prohibited.
• Eligibility: Jili Pub reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be restricted based on account status, deposit history, or other criteria.
• Modification and Withdrawal: Jili Pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions will not be adversely affected.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate promotional offers — including through collusion, use of automated tools, or coordinated betting patterns — will result in disqualification from the promotion and may result in account suspension.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jili Pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to Jili Pub immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Jili Pub staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or systems.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8 Responsible Gaming

Jili Pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Jili Pub platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, sound effects, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jili Pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from Jili Pub.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any Jili Pub trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Jili Pub's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Jili Pub.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jili Pub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Jili Pub's reasonable control.

Jili Pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jili Pub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Jili Pub collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with our legal obligations.
• Jili Pub does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Jili Pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Jili Pub platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and Jili Pub, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Jili Pub's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and promotional eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.
